Returns & Refunds
We carefully package each order before shipment. If your purchase arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.
Books:
Books may be eligible for return if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returned books must be unused, unread, and in resalable condition unless the return is due to damage or defect.
Artwork:
Because artwork is fragile and often one-of-a-kind or limited in quantity, artwork sales are generally final. If artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
Do not return any item without prior written approval. Return instructions, including the correct return address, will be provided after your request is reviewed. Because this business is operated from a private home address, the return address is not published publicly.
Approved refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged.
Upon determining that you are entitled to a cancellation/refund pursuant to this policy, the Company will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. The Company does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.
If you receive a refund of any purchase through the terms and conditions, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under these Terms of Use or any other agreement. You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, template documents, slide shows, membership areas, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources.
